Holograms - Microsoft HoloLens

An Immersive Education Summit is an event that takes place annually in different places of the world. It is an informative conference type event that features many speakers and subjects within Immersion. 'Microsoft HoloLens is an innovative approach to learning, working and playing through the lens of 3D goggles. By using the 3D goggles one can run through ideas and change things as if it was real to see how it works. People can also use this as a learning tool and it is fun to play with adding to an immersive environment. 

In this 3D Immersive environment it is helpful that the user of the goggles also sees the real world around them. The world is enhanced by the visual representations of what he/she needs to see. For instance if a child would like to play with blocks the blocks that are put in front of him or her only can be seen by the wearer of the glasses. It might not actually be there but the child feels as if he/she is actually playing with them. 

Use of Microsoft HoloLens can affect the way people work all around the world. Because it is more than just a hologram/3D Image one can use it to spitball ideas or try new things in their workplace. It is a technology that is interactive rather than just a visual aid. Because the use of interaction in the work place is so useful this could become a huge part of our culture in the future. 

The Microsoft HoloLens is a game changer in the learning style of many students. A task can be taught through visual aids and may help students. It is even better when the visual aid is interactive like HoloLens. The interaction can help "show" the process instead of confusing explanations. This is an innovative use that may change the learning style of students in the future.

One can also use the Microsoft HoloLens to interact with places he/she has never been. Through the visual of someone somewhere else, a person can explore that area and then have first hand knowledge  on that place. This can come in handy when reporting on a place one has never been before and does not want to fly all the way there. This can save on other expenses by being essentially anything you need it to be.
